Flavor of the Day: Orange

One of the healthiest beverages available is up for grabs! The juice of the orange is a powerhouse of vitamin C. Not only is it noted for its zesty taste and health benefits but it is oh-so versatile! Have a bland recipe? Just add a little orange zest! Check out the ups and downs of a much-loved breakfast beverage. That's not all being celebrated on this day...Don't throw away the orange peel! It, too, has a lot of nutritional value.
