This is not the first time cheesecake has been on the dessert menu nor is this the first cheesecake day per se. This IS the day of Cheesecake! Cheesecake! All you want to eat...CHEESECAKE! plain or any flavor you like. This goes for the crust, too...graham, cookie, shortbread, biscuit, chocolate, vanilla or no crust at all.
