WOW! POO-POO that Chocolate? Really? Being a chocolate lover, it is somewhat difficult to fathom someone NOT eating chocolate. It is so-o-o-o-o scrumptious plus being such a great energy booster. But, it is fact...NOT everyone loves or even likes chocolate. They much prefer the caramel, toffee or butterscotch flavors. Butterscotch and caramel are both cooked sugars, but regular caramel is made with melted granulated sugar and butterscotch with brown sugar. As for toffee, it has the same ingredients as butterscotch but is cooked longer until the hard cracked stage. With all that said, one of those three non-chocolatees is up for foodie fun.

National I Want Butterscotch Day
There is not a lot to be found about this day of celebration other than it provides a break from all the chocolate received and consumed (or non-consumed, still in the box) during Valentine's week. In addition, it gives those non-chocolatees delicious treats to enjoy from pudding to blondies, to bars to cake to cheesecake to cookies to fudge to brownies to sauce!
