Impromptu
Let's begin this day's postings with music since for sure music is in the air! Ever found yourself at the right place at the right time? This can be said of those visiting the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museumaround this time last year. Hard to believe Awakenings did not cross the path of this video until a year after its impromptu happenin'. However, as the ol' saying goes, never too late, so enjoy...
This is a terrific way to get into the mood of the holiday season for Christmas is filled with joy and merriment surrounded by music, music, music. Carolers, Christmas cantatas, radio, TV, video streams have already begun filling the airways with favorite melodies of the season.
Sure makes you wonder where the impromptu visit will be...or perhaps has been...in 2015! Keep your eyes and ears open for it just may be YOU as witness to the impromptu!
Not everyone will be home
during the holiday season. Places at the dinner table, seats in a
favorite chair, wine or water glasses will remain empty, especially on
Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Distance, obligation, estrangement,
illness, money, various reasons will prevent family members from
gathering together. Among those not home are our military men and women
serving our country on foreign shores or a veteran without a home which
should never be.
