Bivalves in Hot Oil

Among the many, many delicacies of the sea are mollusks, also known as bivalve mollusks, that have two beautifully convexly ridged shells. Bivalves on the Half Shell  were celebrated back in March as a popular baked delicacy. So, let's celebrate again but change the method of cooking.
