Welcome to Awakenings

Life IS history in the making. Every word we say, everything we do becomes history the moment it is said or done. Life void of memories leaves nothing but emptiness. For those who might consider history boring, think again: It is who we are, what we do and why we are here. We are certainly individuals in our thoughts and deeds but we all germinated from seeds planted long, long ago.

Prepping for Fourth of July

What's on your list for this Fourth of July celebration. . .

Hot dogs, BBQ, chips & dip, nuts, salads, fruit, desserts, etc.?

Is your adrenaline pumping as you seek out the best fireworks? Is your imagination running wild trying to outdo last year's celebration? Are your creative juices flowing as you contemplate the best mouth-watering recipes ever? Is your guest list vanquishing all possibilities of completion without chaos and stress?

Whoa! Slow down! STOP!
NIX the list and make this holiday Patriotic!

Celebrate this Fourth of July the way it should be for this day is MORE THAN fireworks, picnics and BBQ! It is the celebration of our nation's independence: On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was signed and a nation surpressed by opposition and tyranny was no more. A free and independent nation was born.
