On May 11, O-o-o-o-oh, Fudge! celebrated National Nutty Fudge Day. Since the nutty fudge requires fudge as its star with nuts as an added attraction one might think the celebration of that 'fudge' would have been just fudge...chocolate in the buff so to speak. That thought begs the question, "What is your first image when someone asks you if you like fudge?" Fudge actually comes in a variety of flavors, with and without nuts, with some of the most popular fudge flavors being chocolate, chocolate nut, peanut butter, maple, and maple nut. Regardless which you prefer, the 'fudge' is always rich, creamy, decadent sweet madness!

Soon after this day's fudgie celebration (in July actually) will be even more chocolate fudge madness...National Penuche Fudge Day and National Hot Fudge Sundae Day. By that time, the fudge in the fudge celebrations should be perfect-o.
