The Ultimate 'Thriller'

Feeling Tempted                More on December 2                    Life & Feelings

What is it about the macabre that draws us into its clutches and holds us spellbound? We scream like crazy, cover our eyes while peeking out at the same time so as not to miss any iota of the scariest scene. Seems like the scarier something is the more we want to watch. Yet, in reality if any one of us was approached by a creature of the night, the faster we could get away the better. C'est la vie!

Let's step back in time to December 2, 1983.

Welcome into the Spotlight:

1958-2009

Michael Jackson: King of Pop
The biggest pop star of the '80s, and one of the most popular artists of all time, with a brilliant, soulful voice and breathtaking dance moves

Their 1982 duet "The Girl is Mine" nearly reached the top of the pop charts. Then, Jackson, released the album, 'Thriller,' in 1982. Michael Jackson sang lead. He was 11 years old, the youngest of the group.

1988 Michael Jackson: Bad, Bubbles and Bananas
Bubbles was Jackson's pet chimpanzee and constant companion.
