Donny Osmond A humble beginning singing barbershop harmony found its place on Main Street Disneyland. Donny Osmond was only five years old when he became the frontman of the family barbershop quintet. This was the early 60s when music was booming. Donny has sold over 100 million records over five decades, and has received 33 gold records, 18 of them before the age of 13.

1971 Donny Osmond started a three week run at No.1 on the US singles chart with 'Go Away Little Girl'. The singers only US solo chart topper. The song had also been a No.1 for Steve Lawrence in 1963.
